The Company is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
2. No Legal Advice
All information provided through the website, forms, LINE chat, email, or video calls is for screening and general information purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice and cannot replace advice from an attorney.
3. Case Assessment and Screening
Any assessment provided by the Company is preliminary, non-binding, and based on information voluntarily provided by the user. The Company does not guarantee outcomes, asset recovery, court decisions, or case timelines.
4. Fees and Compensation Structure
In some cases, the Company may charge fees in the form of:
Pre-agreed fixed fees, or
A percentage of successfully recovered amounts
The Company may consider paying or advancing legal costs or related expenses. All terms will be disclosed and agreed in writing before proceeding.
5. No Upfront Payments
Generally, the Company does not collect upfront fees from users unless agreed in writing on a case-by-case basis.
6. User Liability
Users warrant that the information provided is true, accurate, and not false. The Company is not responsible for any adverse consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete information.
7. Third Parties and Attorneys
The Company may recommend or coordinate with attorneys, investigators, or other third-party experts. The Company is not responsible for the actions, advice, or outcomes of such third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind.
9. Safety and Emergencies
If the user is in a dangerous situation or experiencing domestic violence, they should contact local emergency services immediately. The Company does not provide emergency or crisis services.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in other countries.
